This is a great 6 Contract role with top-tier healthcare organizations! It's: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid) Job Title: HR Business Analyst Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid) 27401 Pay rate: $40/hr. - $45/hr. on w2 Duration: 6 months + possible extension Position Summary Job Summary: •Develop and implement analytics strategies to improve HR functions including recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, and talent management. •Leverage expertise in Workday (ERP), as well as familiarity with other platforms like Oracle and SAP, to support complex system navigation and functionality. •Design and produce strategic reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive insights and improve organizational decision-making. •Act as a consultative partner to HR leaders, delivering both scheduled and ad hoc reports and providing insights into workforce trends and opportunities. •Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting inaccuracies or incomplete entries in collaboration with relevant teams. •Regularly update HR data tables, dashboards, and standard reports in partnership with IT and enterprise analytics teams. •Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data governance, improve reporting processes, and optimize the use of HR technologies and tools. •Maintain deep understanding of ATS, CRM, and career portal functionalities to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes. •Provide data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals and workforce strategies. •Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: •Education: Bachelor's degree required. •Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of relevant HR business analysis or HRIS experience. •Technical Skills: •Workday proficiency is required (must be clearly reflected on the resume). •Strong report-writing and data visualization capabilities using tools such as Workday, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. •Knowledge of ATS, ERP, CRM systems and HR data structures.
