In this role, DSPs help individuals reach their personal goals by following their Individual Support Plans and offering mentorship, encouragement, and structure.Responsibilities include engaging in meaningful activities such as park outings, visits to sensory gardens, and practicing communication and social skills. DSPs also assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry, all while promoting independence and enhancing the individual's quality of life.
