We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Human Resources Lead to join our team and help drive our mission forward. As the HR lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, improving employee experience, and fostering a healthy, productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment ads, employee onboarding, and engagement surveys.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage Benefits enrollment and employee expenses in payroll.
• Support training and professional development programs.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive HR or Benefits experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Community Care Veterinary Specialists, Gainesville, Florida a privately owned small animal specialty hospital in North Central Florida.
