About Us: Inspire Aesthetics Group is a premier, nationally operating plastic surgery and aesthetics platform, offering a comprehensive range of procedures and treatments across multiple locations in the U.S., including Inspire Aesthetics, Garramone Plastic Surgery, and others. Our focus is primarily on surgical aesthetic treatments, with a secondary focus on non-surgical cosmetic procedures. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join our team.

Summary/Objective: The HR Coordinator supports HR functions across the company platform and practices, collaborating with leaders to implement best practices and ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative and clerical functions of the HR department
  • Respond to requests submitted to the HR email
  • Support bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Lead HR Orientation/Onboarding processes
  • Manage background checks, drug screens, and I-9 documentation
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires
  • Assist with staff credentialing
  • Prepare employee offer letters, employment, and contractor agreements
  • Collaborate with Operations Project Manager on system setups
  • Attend weekly practice meetings and share notes
  • Update HR information in the HRIS system
  • Generate HR and practice reports
  • Manage the Performance Management System
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and brokers
  • Support recruitment efforts
  • This is a remote role with travel requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro, HRIS
  • Ability to create flow charts and presentations
  • Professionalism to build trust within the organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years HR experience preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Experience with Medical Practice is a plus
