Mohican Lodge is looking for a 2nd shift (evening hours) prep cook to assist as a bar back and help prepare and cook pizzas. Mohican Lodge is offering $15.00 per hour paid bi-weekly for this position located in Perrysville, OH.
- Perform opening and closing duties for scheduled shift.
- Prepare menu items according to menu specifications.
- Complete preparation list for the next day according to written instructions.
- Keep work area clean during shift and follow cleaning list at the end of the shift.
- Follow all sanitation guidelines.
- Demonstrated proper food handling techniques.
- Previous sanitation experience Equipment used and experience a plus.
- All equipment used in food preparation; 3 months. Including but not limited to: Slicers, food choppers, ovens, stoves, knives, and refrigerators.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to communicate with all members of the team.
- Must be able to maintain a full uniform.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of a kitchen.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs.
