Position Title: HR Operations Associate/Executive Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Reporting to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Location: Wixom, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CHRO in driving HR operational initiatives, including process optimization, policy refinement, and efficiency improvement projects.
- Collect, analyze, and organize HR operational data to support decision-making.
- Support the development and optimization of HR policies, workflows, and SOPs, and help ensure effective implementation across business units.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR teams and business departments.
- Provide support for HR systems, focusing on data accuracy and user experience.
- Participate in HR initiatives such as headcount planning and workforce analytics.
- Organize HR-related meetings, training, and workshops, including preparing materials and tracking follow-up actions.
- Perform other administrative or project-based tasks assigned by the CHRO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or related HR functions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and modules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- High responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
