Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Summary Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the field? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist to become a part of our team. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct market assessments, and support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction experience. If you have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities What Youll Do:
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
Qualifications Skills You Have:
- People oriented.
- Positive, happy attitude.
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based personality
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Willingness to grow
- Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
