DescriptionWe are currently seeking candidates to join our team as Production Workers. The Production Workers are responsible for performing a variety of jobs involved in the manufacturing of commercial restaurant decor including assembly of products, machine set-up and operation, warehousing, and preventative maintenance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform fabrication of wood or metal furniture products such as chairs, tables, or cabinetry items using hand toolsInspect the assembled furniture products to verify they met the quality standardsOperate and maintain hand tools, power equipment, drill machines and measuring devicesPack the finished product and prepare for shippingPerform basic preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipmentIdentify, inspect and report product defectsPrepare furniture for shipmentEssential Skills & QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to read a tape measureExperience using hand tools, general carpentryMust be able to stand for an entire work shift of 8 hours or more per dayMay be required to lift 40 pounds or moreEducation: GED or High School Diploma preferredManufacturing and/or production experienceAbility to pass drug screen and background checkBenefits Offered:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 60 daysPaid time off benefitsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
