And, you won't be working weekends! We're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.About the Role:As a pharmacy operator, kindness and fairness are key as you use your customer service skills in patient interactions. Attention to detail is important to you, so you can accurately dispense prescriptions to patients. Responsibilities include:Answers inbound calls in a polite and professional manner and maintaining a response rate in accordance with organizational standardsTakes requests for prescription refills and deliveries. Triages other calls as necessaryEffectively balances speed and quality of call to maintain phone efficiency on a day-to-day basisProcesses prescription refill as well as new prescriptions to help balance workload of pharmacy team when not actively engaged in patient phone callsDemonstrates thorough knowledge of pharmacy services (including home delivery, 2-way text messaging, automatic refills, and RefillQuick/online refills) and regularly offers these services to patientsSets up home delivery of prescriptions upon patient request using delivery vendor softwareYou will be primarily based at our Mattina location, 300 Niagara Street in Buffalo.What it's Like to Work at Neighborhood:The top three words employees say describe the work environment are: teamwork, supportive, kind.
