The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a full or part-time Wellness Personal Trainer to join our team!About the Role:As a Wellness Personal Trainer, you will work with a diverse range of members, from youth athletes to older adults, helping them build strength, improve conditioning, and enhance their overall wellness. We are particularly interested in trainers with experience in youth training, golf performance training, racquet sports performance training, and active aging. Your primary training hours will align with prime-time demand: 7:00 AM -12:00 PM and 3:00 PM -6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities:Provide personalized training sessions for clients of varying ages and fitness levelsDevelop safe, effective programs for youth, racquet sports, golf, general sports performance, and active aging populations Educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper technique and injury preventionCollaborate with the wellness team to foster a positive and professional training environmentQualifications:Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM CPT, ACSM CPT, NSCA CPT, or NSCA CSCS (other credentials will be considered)Proven experience working with youth, general strength and conditioning, and active aging populationsA commitment to continuing education, with preference for youth fitness certificationsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgroundsWhat We Offer:State-of-the-art training facilities and equipmentA supportive team environment focused on growth and developmentOpportunities for professional advancement and continuing educationClub ProfileThe Country Club of Virginia is one of America's oldest and finest private, member-owned clubs.
