Position OverviewA Gather Behavioral Health Therapist is an integral part of the care journey for our Adult clients. Therapists provide personalized outpatient individual, group, and family therapy that is done in collaboration with other team members utilizing comprehensive evidence-based treatment. As part of the Accanto Health family of services, Gather Behavioral Health is growing into the premier outpatient provider for psychotherapy and support for clients with eating disorder, as well as other mental health, and co-occurring substance use problems.Schedule Ability to work remotely with flexible hours based on client and therapy needs. Note: Services are rendered in Pacific Time zone. Compensation Range: Therapist II: $60,000-$85,000 (Independent licensure and up to 7 years of clinical experience)Senior Therapist: $70,000-$90,000 (Independent licensure and over 7 years of clinical experience)Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position. How Therapists Empower Recovery Conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions with the client and their family or community of supportProvide either FBT or traditional family therapy services with or without client present Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plansMaintains a case load and clinical records in compliance with policies and regulatory standardsActively participates in weekly consultation group discussing clinical and administrative issues, participates in case consultation meetingsConducts intake evaluations, generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations and coordinating next level of care servicesMaintains up-to-date therapeutic skills and knowledge of advancements in eating disorders assessment and treatment, best practices, and resources through participation in professional organizations, internal and external training opportunities, and reviewing current academic literatureQualifications: Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field requiredIndependent licensure in the state of Washington required (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience requiredExperience providing family therapy to adolescents and their families DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred, will provide FBT training if neededEating Disorders treatment experience preferredWhat we offer: Employee Benefits: We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
