You'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and business outcomes, serving as the trusted advisor who transforms data challenges into competitive advantages for enterprise clients. This role requires strong fluency in data systems, APIs, and CRM tools, combined with an AI-first mindset to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency across the Revenue Org.What You'll Do Lead compelling technical product demonstrations that clearly showcase Crunchbase's platform value to enterprise prospectsDesign and execute hands-on proof of concepts (POCs) to help prospects test our data, workflows, and integrationsComplete technical documentation including RFPs and security questionnaires that win enterprise dealsGenerate tailored CSV data exports and technical solutions for customers and prospectsSupport Customer Success and Experience teams with customer onboarding, adoption strategies, and technical troubleshootingProvide deep product expertise on our data architecture, API capabilities, and CRM integrationsAssist the Revenue Org with internal technical troubleshooting and process optimizationImplement internal tech tools that improve team efficiency (e.g., Gong, automation platforms)Enable the Revenue Org through internal training sessions on technical topics, discovery methods, and product capabilitiesLeverage AI tools and machine learning to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows for both customers and internal teamsWho You Are 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in B2B SaaSDeep understanding of APIs and data workflows — able to read API documentation, make calls using tools like Postman, and write basic scripts to automate or demonstrate use casesStrong working knowledge of Salesforce with ability to speak confidently about integrations, workflows, and common technical challengesExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, sales reps, and customersExperience supporting both pre-sales (demos, proof of concepts) and post-sales (onboarding, adoption, troubleshooting) initiativesHands-on experience with AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers to drive efficiencyUnderstanding of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to AI implementationsExperience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or working with large language models (beneficial)Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, model deployment, and integration patterns (plus)Experience with Snowflake, Databricks (plus)Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Outreach, Gong (plus)You may also be entitled to receive equity and benefits.
