Rosemark at Mayfair Park, one of Denver's premiere senior living communities, is seeking a caring and organized Resident Assistant to join our team. You would be responsible for providing hands on care to residents helping them with activities of daily living. We treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs, and encouraging independence. We aim to foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the community. We have 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am positions available. Encourages residents to socialize and participate in planned activities or programs and to develop friendships with other residentsMaintains residents' records in our digital platform daily. This includes documentation related to leisure activities, incidents and observations, reporting change in resident's physical or mental condition, visitors, etc.Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residentsResponds promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including emergency pull cords, telephone calls, and requests from family and friendsQualifications:Experience providing care to older adults preferredEffective verbal and written communication skillsDue to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completedPay:$19.50 - $20.50 an hour, based on experience
