This team is based at the shared facility with the East County Regional Library in Lehigh Acres, Floridaa vibrant and growing community known for its diversity and energy. We are currently looking for a Library Associate to support our cataloging efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for cataloging and classifying a variety of materials, including print, audiovisual, and electronic resources. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal staff and the community.

The County may require employees to make either a temporary or long-term, permanent transfer to another library location to accommodate the organization's business needs.
Work Schedule: This position requires 80 hours bi-weekly, with varying hours and days, including evenings, Saturdays, and some Sundays. EMERGENCY RESPONSE/RECOVERY ACTIVITIES: All County employees are required to work before, during, or after an emergency as needed. This may include temporarily being assigned to work and performing duties outside of the normal scope of their position, location and work schedule to fit the needs of the County and its citizens.
