Employee Voluntary benefits: Long-Term Disability, Pet Insurance, Additional Life/AD&D Insurance, and much more!Who We Need/JOB SUMMARY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):We are seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to provide Supported Employment and Housing Services for members with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Responsibilities include:Supporting members in obtaining and maintaining employment following SAMHSA's Supported Employment Core Principles.Assisting in housing support and placement through Housing First/Permanent Supportive Housing models.Conducting intakes, assessments, and individualized case planning.Coordinating with the clinical team and housing specialists to secure community-based resources.Managing financial assistance funds for housing needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Require HS Diploma/GED plus four (4) years of full-time direct care experience in behavioral health. Bachelor's degree highly preferred. At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk populations and housing case management.Demonstrated knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care preferred.Knowledge of community resources, workforce development, and housing resources.
