DescriptionJFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a full-time mental health Case Manager /Therapeutic Behavior Specialist. This position will provide a wide array of community-based services to adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness to maintain community stability and improve quality of life. Therapeutic Behavior Specialist assistance includes:Person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused treatment planning; healthcare coordination, coping skills, and problem-solving development; restoration of interpersonal and social skillsRestoration of daily living skillsCrisis prevention and ameliorationCommunity resource linkage and referral; and advocacyThis is a Monday through Friday position with NO on-call or after-hour duties. JFSA Therapeutic Behavior Specialists maintain reasonable case numbers where the emphasis is placed on quality of life development.
