Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAre you a caregiver looking to assist with the daily operations of a group home? As a team lead DSP, you will be in one of our local group homes, working with a team of DSPs, and helping adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals.Our new full-time schedule includes working three twelve-hour shifts per week. When you work three days per week, and your shift includes one weekend day, you will receive time and a half for that weekend day. Plus, you are eligible for full time benefits, and you get four days off per week!The base rate is $17-$20 per hour, but with premium pay, the hourly average goes to $19.83-$23.33 per hour.
