This is a unique career opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and contribute to the success of enterprise clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You'll Get To Do Relationship ManagementBuild and sustain long-term relationships with enterprise clientsUnderstand client business goals and provide strategic guidanceRepresent Field AI as the primary point of contactProject ManagementManage initial robot deployments for clientsEnsure successful project implementation and client satisfactionChurn ProtectionDrive user adoption of Field AI solutionsDeliver continuous value to prevent churn risksEnsure clients maintain long-term engagement with the productCustomer Trusted AdvisorDevelop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executivesCollaborate with Product on creating and executing a customized Field AI roadmapEnsure high ROI and successful outcomes for clientsExpansionIdentify and act on opportunities for account growthInfluence and accelerate customer expansionsCollaborate with Sales and Product teams for timely recommendationsCustomer AdvocacyServe as the voice of the customer within Field AIProvide customer feedback to Sales, Engineering, and Product teamsDrive improvements based on customer insightsProcess DevelopmentDevelop and refine internal Customer Success processes and templatesImplement best practices for consistent service deliveryReportingMonitor customer health metrics and KPIsProactively address risks and opportunitiesReport monthly on customer status, risks, and opportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teamsEnsure a seamless and exceptional end-to-end customer experienceWhat You Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing roleProven success in managing and growing enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on customer retention and expansionExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfactionStrong problem-solving skills and experience navigating complex customer environmentsExperience leading both technical and non-technical project teams across functional areasStrong work ethic, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of Customer Success best practices and a commitment to continuous improvementExcellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaborationCompensation and BenefitsOur salary range is generous ($70,000 - $200,000 annual), but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
