About who needs care: My dad has Lewy Body Dementia, but still functions okay to be at home alone. He struggles most in the morning, so we would like someone to come in for a couple hours each morning to make sure he gets up and showered ok, knows what he has going on throughout the day, making sure his meds have been set up correctly, etc.About the care needs: Friendly and patient are the most important things. Having a good sense of organization would be a benefit, as well as being able to maintain communication well wi the family members.
