About who needs care: Client has suffered multiple strokes, but is able to go from sit-to-stand with minimal assistance. Unable to walk & requires transfers with sit-to-stand device. Suffers from pressure blisters & may require a hospital bed at which time specialized equipment like trapeze and hoyer lift will be necessary.About the care needs: Compassionate, patient, understanding. Motivated through encouragementServices needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
