This role will report directly to the IEO Finance Manager and provide care for program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and cost accounting. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.What You Will DoBudgeting, scheduling, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial supportLeverage experience in program controls finance, accounting and FP&A to meet all internal and external reporting requirements such as: customer reporting, CDRLs/SDRLs, developing EACs, monthly forecasts, and providing financial direction and guidance to junior members in Finance team. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable forecasts, Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management, EAC process, robust Program Reviews, and timely flow of information to the organization. Planning responsibilities include the annual operating plan (AOP), five-year long range plan (LRP), and the associated investments to support and drive those plans.Prepare program review presentations for Raytheon management and Government customerAssist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; assist manpower planning, forecasting, and reportingProvide PMO and CAMs with internal reports on cost and schedule performance; ability to provide guidance and recommend solutions to complex problemsPerform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financialsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experienceExperience in program controls or financial analysisExperience in defense or aerospace industryExperience with Microsoft ExcelActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
