Overview Parkhill is seeking a licensed Project Architect to join our Healthcare Team. This role is responsible for the design and technical development of healthcare projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.Responsibilities Lead design and documentation from concept through constructionCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracyPrepare and review construction documents, specifications, and detailingEnsure projects meet code requirements, quality standards, and deadlinesConduct site visits and construction administration dutiesSupport project budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordinationMentor junior staff and support team collaborationPresent designs and technical solutions to clients and stakeholdersPerform other duties as assignedQualifications Licensed Architect or on track for licensure.7+ years of architectural experience, with healthcare project experience preferred.Proficient in Revit Architecture, with working knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and healthcare design standards.Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
