Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, outgoing Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Enfield, CT. This full-time hybrid role primarily involves generating quotes for new business opportunities from existing clients, referrals, or producers, with limited customer service duties.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, based in Enfield, CT.

Responsibilities:
  • Market client accounts to secure appropriate insurance coverage for new and renewal business.
  • Manage client accounts by responding to inquiries, explaining coverages and premiums, and facilitating claims.
  • Maintain relationships with insurance carriers for quotes, binders, and endorsements.
  • Resolve customer service issues related to coverage and billing promptly.
  • Keep accurate policy information in the Agency Management System, review policies and endorsements, and ensure compliance with requests.
  • Stay informed on industry trends regarding underwriting and pricing.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
    • Valid Property & Casualty License.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills with a solutions-driven approach.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
