In the role of Project Architect, we'll count on you to:
Master's degree in Architecture
Experience in the areas of healthcare, educational, civic, science and research facilities
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max Rhino and Grasshopper experience
Preference given to local candidates
5 years Healthcare experience preferred in industry and local NJ
Proven experience and successful project delivery with local and regional healthcare systems (NJ)
Ability to communicate and collaborate with healthcare clients in development, planning and design departments
Knowledgeable of technical architectural aspects of complex small, medium projects or routine large projects
Experience with and participation in Construction Administration phases of HC projects
Project Experience with digital ePortal project submissions with NJDCA, NJDOH
Project Experience in Revit
Experience with Newforma and Bluebeam PDF collaboration sessions
