This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, working independently, and taking pride in a job well done.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and patching as neededApply paint, stain, or coatings to interior and exterior surfacesMatch paint colorsUse brushes, rollers, or sprayers effectivelyProtect surrounding areas using drop cloths and tapeClean tools and work area upon completion of jobCommunicate clearly with clients and team membersEnsure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standardsQualifications:Proven experience as a painterStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workFamiliarity with a variety of painting tools and techniquesGood physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbsHave reliable transportation that can haul ladders and materials, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license, and clean driving record.Excellent customer service and communication skillsMust pass a background checkPhysical DemandsOccasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.Climbing stairs and ladders using proper safety measures.Bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing for lengthy periods of time.Follow worksite safety and cleanliness protocols.Work EnvironmentCold or hot weather. Wet or humid conditions.Moderate noise working with power tools and equipment.
