Description Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) is seeking a Project Architect to join our Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects in the Aerospace & Technology markets. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect (or have equivalent experience) with a background in workplace or interior architecture projects.The Project Architect is responsible for most phases of the technical development of a project. They will work under the direction of a Project Manager, independently evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria; use judgment in assignments with clear objectives and limited variables; write reports and specification sections; review submittals; observe architectural features in the field; and assist in coordinating consultants.Minimum Requirements Licensed Architect or equivalent experience2+ years of architectural experienceResponsibilities Work closely with the project team and assist in task delegationSupport the project manager with assigned tasksLead the team in architectural techniques and proceduresDemonstrate proficiency in BIM techniques and applicationsParticipate in documentation and detailingSelf-direct project work and engage proactivelyAssist in developing energy and sustainability strategiesHelp prepare specifications and write sections as neededPerform and review QA/QC processesReview submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and observe on-site constructionCoordinate with consultants and support their workParticipate in owner and contractor discussions regularlyMentor staff membersAdditional Information Proficiency in Revit is preferredUse of BIM software and visualization methods is essentialAnnual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000, depending on skills and experienceThe Fine PrintBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
