This role monitors training needs, collaborates with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences, and is responsible for content development and delivery. It reports to the CT Sales Training Manager.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and conducting product training programs aligned with company goals.Assessing training needs and identifying skill gaps, recommending solutions to management.Reviewing employee knowledge against training guidelines to ensure proper training in processes and procedures.Implementing measures to improve performance and technical knowledge, coordinating with mentors and leadership.Attending conferences to enhance technical expertise and networking.Facilitating on-site courses in Maple Grove or other locations as per training plans.Conducting field rides with reps to assess training efficacy.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree4+ years of CT clinical experience (including IVUS, intravascular physiology, CTOs, complex PCIs)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteSelf-starter with curriculum development focusAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environmentEffective remote work skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis role is remote and requires 75% travel.Requisition ID: 609932Salary Range: $99,100 - $188,300The actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and organizational needs.
