The Jenzabar Systems Analyst & IT Integration Specialist at Salish Kootenai College (SKC) will be a specialized IT professional responsible for supporting and optimizing the College's Jenzabar Student Information System (SIS) and ensuring its integration with other campus systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This position will combine system analysis, configuration, and training expertise to enhance SKC's SIS functionality. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the College to implement improvements, customize workflows, and deliver targeted training on Jenzabar modules such as student records, admissions, financial aid, and registration. This position also includes responsibilities in SQL programming, system performance optimization, and supporting ongoing strategic initiatives related to student recruitment, tracking, and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Jenzabar system administrator, analyst, or trainer, ideally within a higher education setting.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
Experience in system integration, API-based solutions, and data management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training to diverse audiences.
Experience with troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support in an academic or similar professional environment.
Strong understanding of business processes in higher education, particularly in areas such as student records, admissions, financial aid, and registration.
