Job Summary:
- The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting Client by creating a wide variety of marketing and communication materials. This includes collateral like catalogs, sell sheets, brochures, and manuals; packaging and label design; trade show signage; email campaigns; website and banner graphics; advertisements; and social media content-including videos and animations, if available. All work must align with clients brand identity and follow the company's established style guidelines.
Job Summary:
- The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a wide range of marcom support, collateral materials for client.
- These include but are not limited to, collateral (catalog, sell sheets, brochures, and manuals), package design (including labels), trade show signage, email campaigns, web pages, web banner designs, advertisements and social media graphics.
- All work should be on brand and reflect the current design standards and brand style guide developed by client.
Job Description(% of time Accountability)
- 70% Graphic Design - Create high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite to effectively convey client's brand messaging. Responsibilities include the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, point-of-purchase materials, and packaging. All work must meet brand and quality standards.
- 20% Project Management - Collaborate with the client Marketing Team and Project Managers to develop and manage timelines for marketing and packaging projects. Responsible for presenting design concepts, integrating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
- 10% Digital File Management and Vendor Coordination - Prepare files for production, review proofs, and manage final press approvals. Coordinate with printers, photographers, and other vendors as needed. Review competitor materials for insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing assets.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate marketing or a related in-house design environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with digital creative including web, email design, and optimization.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, and Flash is a big plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing is needed.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $45.00 -$50.00 per hour Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
