We have an immediate need and exciting opportunity for a Field Property Claims Representative II in Amarillo! This position requires independent work, using investigative and negotiation skills to handle large or severe property loss claims. You will travel to the loss site to conduct thorough analysis and assist customers through their claims process.
Responsibilities include:
On-site investigation of property damage, review, and application of policy information and coverage details, setting financial reserves, and settling claims. Use experience and investigation techniques to make fair and accurate claim decisions. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and third parties. Qualifications:
- Preferably a college degree and/or three+ years of property claims handling experience.
- Ability to work independently without constant support.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of policy coverage, investigative techniques, claims guidelines, and legal principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer and analytical skills.
- Valid Texas drivers license, All-Lines or Property & Casualty Adjuster License, acceptable motor violation report, and ability to travel.
