(not all candidates will be eligible for highest pay) PLUS COMMISSIONOn-going training for professional and financial growthBenefits including medical, dental, vision, and life401K with matchCareer opportunities in multiple locationsPaid time offUniform serviceBoot AllowanceFully stocked and maintained vans you take homeGas CardiPad and company supplied smart phoneFull time employmentLimited on-call rotationKey Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.Understand and work with various plumbing materials, including Pex A, Pex B, and copper piping.Install and service drain, waste, and venting systems, water heaters, pumps, and water treatment systems.Safely solder copper piping, brass fittings, valves, and adapters.Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, ensuring high-quality installations.Measure, cut, and thread pipes using hand and power tools.Keep company vehicles stocked, organized, and clean for every job.Maintain accurate records of all work performed.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.Use and maintain all tools and equipment safely, adhering to company policies.Travel locally to job sites as required.Qualifications:PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPLICATION AND SUBMIT YOUR RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.Leadership abilities, to be able to work with a teammate 4 yrs plumbing experience and 1 year Lead experienceOSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health Certification (Nevada only).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Progressive and Committed Work HistoryExcellent attitude and team work experienceProven record of excellent attendanceAbility to pass a background check and drug test.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Preferred Skills:Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software.Optional to have a Manometer license, strongly recommended.Goettl is the total home comfort solution provider, enhancing the quality of life in the communities we serve.
