We currently have an opening in Las Vegas, NV, or Leawood, KS, for a C++ Software Developer working with one of our strategic Fintech partners. This is a full-time, in-office, permanent position. As a C++ Software Developer, you'll have the opportunity to be part of this innovative company that is helping to shape the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ code for software applications.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new features and improve existing functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards are upheld.
• Investigate and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them into software projects.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and software development tools.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
