Job Description Lead Electrician Lancaster, PA Hourly pay rate: $30.00-$34.00 Responsibilities:

• Electrician with commercial and residential experience
• Experience in leading a team of electricians
• Review projects with the project manager and scheduler for the project, relay information to the team, attend meetings
• Able to read blueprints and schematics
• Interface with other tradespeople on the job
• Possesses strong understanding of the Electrical Code Book

Requirements

• Completed an electrical course such as ABC Apprenticeship or other schooling preferred
• Possesses a valid drivers license
• Able to pass a background check
• Must have strong knowledge of NEC
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Must be professional at all times
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to keep company van clean and organized
