ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and shampoo floors.
- Performs minor repairs.
- Reports any major maintenance and cleanliness issues to Arapaho First CEO.
- Collects and disposes of trash in a proper manner.
- Cleaning and stock restrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock in all locations.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Ensures that the facility is locked after business hours.
- All other duties assigned.

- All applicants must have a Valid Driver's License.
