At this time we are not able to consider applicants that require sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment visa status.**Summary:The Business Analyst role supports Automation solutions across Teachers Federal Credit Union. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology, driving innovation and process optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders and the IT Automation technical team you will aid in the design of impactful solutions and lead the charge in transforming idea's into successful projects.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or technology related field or eight years' directly related experience requiredMinimum four years of business analysis experienceMinimum four years experience in automation solutions such as; Dev ops, CRM, or RPA, MS Power Apps Suite technologies requiredDemonstrated success leading digital process change efforts, developing and automating workflows, using data analytics tools to improve organizational efficiency requiredTechno-functional, Automation domain expertise preferredExperience with Automation RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere preferredExperience in quality assurance, business process design, and project lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Clarity and Confluence preferredEssential Skills:Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Able to work collaboratively alongside stakeholders to deliver insights through data, building and maintaining a suite of dashboards and reportsCommunication, collaboration skills and organizational skillsAdaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environmentsBusiness Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Management.
