Locations: Chantilly, VA; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Remote

The Challenge:

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Chicago, Atlanta, or remotely within the United States.

Principal Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop presentation documents and participate in design presentations to clients.
  • Create design concepts through to construction documents.
  • Prepare contract drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers on the project team.
  • Meet with vendors to review products for incorporation into documents.
  • Perform code reviews and meet with local code officials for compliance.
  • Review contractor requests during bidding and coordinate addenda distribution.
  • Conduct field visits during construction to monitor progress and complete reports.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural/engineering practice, including design, development, construction documents, specifications, materials, costs, and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Architect.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

    Salary Range: $110,000 - $128,000 annually, based on experience and location.
