This role will serve as the steward of the brand voice and will be instrumental in crafting compelling, innovative social media content that builds brand loyalty, drives engagement, and connects authentically with audiences across platforms. As the ACD, you will work closely with our Social Media team, as well as our Multimedia, Creative, and Content Strategy teams, to concept and produce best-in-class, social-first creative that reflects our brand DNA and cultural relevance. IDEAL EXPERIENCE A successful candidate will have 6+ years of relevant experience concepting, writing, and producing social media content for a brand, publisher, or platform. The ACD/Copywriter will have experience drafting compelling copy that gets audiences to stop scrolling and consume more. The ideal candidate will be able to translate conceptual ideas into social media content, leveraging data-informed insights to adjust and improve performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Concepting & Content Direction: Drive ideation and oversee the creation of engaging, platform-native content - from product storytelling to thought leadership to quick-turn trend responses to culturally relevant campaigns. Oversee end-to-end social campaigns from concept through production and delivery, ensuring creative excellence and consistency with brand voice. Thought Leadership Amplification - support the Content Strategy team with identifying unique and innovative ways to promote long-form thought leadership content on social media Proof of Concepting: Ideate and produce posts across platforms to demonstrate and / or sell-in concepts. Performance Driven Insights: Create with purpose - balancing emotional resonance with business results - and evolve work based on performance insights. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all content aligns with visual and tonal standards, while evolving with the social and cultural landscape. Be a social media expert: Always watching, learning, and applying the latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep our work fresh and competitive. Build confidence with internal stakeholders through compelling presentation of content ideas.
