Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 dependent upon experience

LHH is working with a growing manufacturing company in Allendale, NJ in their search for a Customer Relations Specialist to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, on-site role offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong and trusting relationships
- Coordinate and execute customer orders from quote to delivery using ERP systems
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Manage shipping schedules, documentation, and follow-up on customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Support team training and promote collaboration among Customer Relations Associates
- Maintain up-to-date records on orders, pricing, and revisions
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures
- Other administrative and customer-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or administrative setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a moderate industrial environment
