This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, customer interaction, and order entry. You'll play a key part in daily operations while also being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
In this role, you'll enter customer orders, answer phones, prepare internal reports, and help coordinate with sales, operations, and accounting. You'll also organize meetings, maintain records, order office supplies, and support a professional and welcoming front office environment. You'll help monitor order flow, follow up on missing paperwork, and support strong customer service from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working with different departments and customers. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred, but not required. You should be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience in ERP systems or industries like distribution, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
This is a growth-oriented role with hands-on training and opportunities to move into customer service leadership. We've been in business since 1979 and offer a stable, supportive work environment.
Benefits include competitive hourly pay, paid time off, company holidays, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, professional development and training, and opportunities for advancement.
