We are currently looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative: You will be working in a very busy, fast-paced call center environment. Our Resorts handles all of the calls for the season ski passes, ski resort, and lodging locations. Calls will involve questions that customers may have about this service and making payments for these services. During peak call center candidates need to be able to handle 70 - 100 calls per day. This position will be staffed from inside the office, we are taking all proper procedures to ensure a safe working environment with social distancing. Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to handle up to 75 outbound calls per day - this will be the primary function of this process
- Must be able to type 30 WPM
- Must have at least 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Must have a cheerful and friendly phone disposition
- Must have intermediate Microsoft and computer skills.
- Must be comfortable with office requirements, of wearing a face mask in all areas of the building and department along with social distancing
