CHOICE FINANCIAL GROUP LLC is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status PositionDescription: The Commercial Marketing Specialist - Licensed Insurance Agent will manage marketing initiativesto promote insurance products and services, as well as handle client inquiries andsales. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, theability to market them effectively, and the capacity to build and maintainclient relationships. This position combines a focus on sales and marketingwith strong customer service skills. KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Acquisition
    • Identify and prospect potential clients through inbound and outbound methods (calls, emails, networking events, etc.).
    • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options (life, health, home, auto, etc.).
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, provide policy updates and renewals, and manage claims as needed.
    • Create a spreadsheet of all quotes and follow up on them
    • Turn the completed file over to the Producer to set appointments
    • Negotiate terms and pricing
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the Producer to determine potential markets to approach and develop strategies that promote the agency's insurance products and services.
    • Order and send loss runs to markets
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to attract new clients, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
    • Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by addressing their inquiries, offering policy upgrades, and providing consultation services.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate client interactions, insurance policies, and marketing results records.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experience in both insurance sales and marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
