Responsibilities
- Load and unload windows, doors, cabinets, and other millwork products off and onto delivery trucks; inspect and verify items with delivery paperwork.
- Restock inventory, accurately pick orders, label, and prepare for shipment; reconcile counts, and process returns.
- Ensure customer orders are complete before loading,.
- Report any issues like damage or shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean warehouse, operate and inspect equipment safely, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.
- Follow safety policies, use PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
- May operate a forklift, maintain a forklift and other equipment, and perform safety checks.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently.
- At least 6 months experience working in a warehouse or other similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
- Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
- Experience effectively working in a team-centered, fast-paced environment.
- Have demonstrated positive and professional customer facing experience.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
