Job Details Join a Maryland hospital as their next Interim Assistant Director of Nursing, Women's Services! The Position
- The Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (DON), Women's Services, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department including the oversight of approximately 85+ FTEs.
- This leader will oversee multiple Women's Services units including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery.
- The Interim Assistant DON will focus on the stabilization of the department in addition to the improvement of daily operations to optimize patient care and service line growth.
- Seeking a knowledgeable Women's Services leader who brings strong Labor & Delivery experience in addition to being an approachable, collaborative, and communicative leader to ensure a positive working environment.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Active MD RN license is required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
