Responsibilities for an Accounts Receivable Analyst include but are not limited to:
Analyze and reconcile current and delinquent accounts receivable balances
Communicate with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accuracy of financial data in SAP and A/R systems
Generate and review A/R aging reports
Lead resolution calls and coordinate with internal teams (Cash Applications, Chargebacks, Project Management)
Identify and escalate potential issues or offers to management
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial analytics
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

Pay Details: $27.50 to $32.50 per hour
