Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client recruit for a Director of Nursing in Rochester, NY. This role is in person / onsite. This is a direct hire opportunity with wonderful benefits.

Pay: $120,000 to $130,000 annually
Type: Direct Hire, Full Time with client
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervising all nursing staff
· Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure
· Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
· Overseeing nursing employee conduct
· Assessing the health needs of each resident
Qualifications:
· Current New York State RN license
· Prior DON experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
· Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
