Position Type: Support Staff Date Posted: 4/23/2025 Location: Riverview Elementary School Reading Aide - 1.0 FTE Riverview Elementary School 2025-2026 School Year Please see attached job description Position Function: The Reading Aide supports classroom instruction by helping students improve their reading skills through one-on-one assistance, small group activities, and guided practice. This role works closely with teachers nd specialists to reinforce reading lessons, assess student progress, and foster a postitive learning environment. This position assists in lunch duty. Qualifications Profile: High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with children, preferred • Current Certification of Health, including negative TB test • Completion of clear, criminal background check Starting Salary: $15.00/hour - commensurate with experience Job Category: Classified, 174 work day calendar, 7.5 hrs/day (37.5 hrs/week) Benefits: USD 232 offers an excellent benefits package! Requirements: -All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results.
