Job Type Part-time Description The Youth Development Professional will work with members to facilitate their personal, social and educational development to enable them to gain voice, influence, and place in society as they make the transition from dependence to independence. The YDP will assist in youth development in creating a safe environment to learn, grow, and thrive. A YDP will provide coaching and guidance in facilitating out daily operations, programs and special events. Requirements What you'll do:
- Be a friendly face, mentor, and positive role model, providing guidance after school & during the summer
- Promote a safe environment
- Assist in the implementation of club programs, games, & activities
- Promote participation and assist in orienting & recruiting new members
- Participates in staff meetings
- Participate in special initiatives and events
- Ability to earn CPR& First Aid certification
- May be required to drive the Club vans
