Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and portion control in meal preparation.
• Engage in food preparation activities.
• Create visually appealing food presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Properly store food items to maintain freshness.
• Adhere to safe food handling policies and recipes.

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

• Minimum of one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with a focus on scratch cooking.
• Proficient knowledge of culinary techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Skill in using various kitchen equipment and identifying food items.
• Customer service experience is essential.

Nice-to-haves:

• Food handlers' certification.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
