APSUE Employment Opportunity Cook - AHES Monday - Friday Responsibilities: All aspects of food preparation and serving for 500+ students, directly supervise 5-10 employees, working knowledge and compliance with all DOH regulations and National School Lunch/Breakfast Program requirements, superior customer service skills. Responsible for daily operations, food and supply inventory and ordering, accurate daily recordkeeping, quality control, safe food storage and handling, kitchen sanitation, equipment maintenance, cash handling, time records.
