Marketing Administrative Assistant As the Marketing Administrative Assistant, you shine with your organizational and customer service skills. You are a key piece of the chain that coordinates our trainings and events, and you are the foundation for the department details. Following all assigned responsibilities according to established safety & security policies, guidelines, and legal regulations will provide you with a safe working environment. You provide superior customer service in every interaction. The day-to-day You make sure things happen and the people who are supposed to be there show up. You will be sending invites, reminders, promotional items, and follow-ups for a variety of marketing activities. You'll also arrange the back-end things to make sure the event runs smoothly, such as ordering food, registering people, helping with set-up, creating and sending certificates, and sending follow-up surveys. You will be on the frontline of Mailchimp by adding/removing employees, updating subscriber information, and sending welcome emails. Nothing falls through the cracks as you manage inventory for promotions, literature, and marketing events. You help measure success by reporting metrics and performance for training and promotional programs. You hold the data. You maintain customer contacts and the CRM. You will interact with all types of people in multiple ways to keep it interesting. As part of the Marketing team, you are ready and willing to help with large events and projects however you can. What you have A high school diploma or equivalent gives you the foundation you need for success. Excellence when it comes to written communication. Organization comes easy and naturally for you. You already know Microsoft applications, and you are ready and willing to learn any company software or system. You have a willingness to learn new things and take on new responsibilities. You like to move around. There will be times when you are moving marketing inventory and boxes. You don't mind a little light lifting, pushing, and pulling (usually 30lbs or less). You know Marketing sometimes has to be in different places, so you are able to travel to different locations, and this includes infrequent overnight travel.
